The Site: The site extends to almost 30 hectares.
Retail Shopping Mall: The development will be anchored by a shopping mall adjacent to the Second Ring Road. The retail offer and its location together with easy road access and generous parking provision will make this the yardstick by which others are judged.

The retail shopping centre, office park and phase 1 residential will start at intervals through to the end of the second quarter of 2011 with delivery scheduled for the first half of 2013.
